La gentilezza è gratuita, spontanea e a senso unico verso l’altro: quando è autentica, non rappresenta un obiettivo ma un valore fine a se stesso.
La gentilezza ha la capacità di avvicinare le persone, apre alla relazione e genera empatia.
La gentilezza nasce dal profondo dell’animo, è espressione della forza interiore che si traduce in fatti concreti facendo cadere le resistenze, i pregiudizi e aprendo porte che altrimenti resterebbero chiuse.
